Daniel Arsham

Daniel Arsham is an American New York based multidisciplinary artist whose work revolves around themes of paradox. Arshamis a celebrated boundary pushing contemporary in the art world, reimagining and exploring the confines of our everyday. Over the course of his career, Arsham has developed into one of the art world’s most significant creators. His artwork is saturated with structural experimentation, a sense of satirical wit, and historical investigation. Arsham takes cues from architecture throughout his body of work, and creates through mediums of sculpture, drawing, and film. Fact and fiction, the real and the imagined,are often represented at odds with each other in Arsham’s pieces. In his collaborative works with Dior, Porsche, and Tiffany & Co., Arsham playfully transforms our expectations of space and form. The artist's most recent exhibition is set to be a retrospective on his 20 year career, and a celebration of his partnership with Emmanuel Perrotin.
